An Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is a non-profit organization chartered by the state and sponsored by a political jurisdiction to provide bond financing and economic incentives for public benefit and encourage and strengthen business development.
CCIDA is a public benefit corporation that provides industrial revenue bond financing, sale-leaseback transactions to provide a variety of tax reduction and abatement opportunities for business. Its sister organization, the Clinton County Capital Resource Corporation, can provide tax-exempt financing to not-for-profit organizations.
