  • Bombardier Plattsburgh is Bombardier’s final assembly and test center for rail cars being delivered in the U.S. marketplace. Opened in 1995 to support projects for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) of New York, Plattsburgh now delivers rail cars to customers across the nation. Since 1995, Bombardier’s capital investment in the Plattsburgh site has totaled more than $25 million.
  • Nova Bus is part of the Volvo Bus Corporation, the world’s second largest motorcoach and transit bus manufacturing group. Nova Bus is a leading North American provider of sustainable transit solutions, including environmentally-friendly buses, high-capacity vehicles and integrated intelligent transportation systems. In 2009 Nova Bus opened its U.S. bus manufacturing operations in Plattsburgh.
